We offer efficient and flexible premises, mainly for offices but also for retail and other operations. Fabege also operates various types of property projects, ranging from to customize a premise for customer-specific needs to area planning and development.
Fabege’s vision is to be the most proactive, innovative and competent commercial property company in Stockholm as well as an important partner for its customers and society in general. Fabege’s dynamic business model is designed to create value regardless of the economic climate and consists of four parts: Property management, property development, sales and acquisitions.
Attractive locations in growing markets
We have chosen to concentrate our properties in attractive areas with excellent means of transport. The property portfolio comprises approximately 100 properties and the company’s business is strictly concentrated to Stockholm sub-markets hallmarked by high growth, Stockholm inner city, Solna and Hammarby Sjöstad.
Developing and adding value to the company’s properties occurs at a pace matched to market conditions with the aim of attracting long-term tenants to properties that are not yet fully developed, thus enabling customer requirements to form the basis for their completion.
