This is Fabege

Fabege is one of Sweden’s leading property companies, focusing mainly on letting and managing office premises as well as property development. Our customers and our property locations are key to everything we do and we have a burning ambition to create work environments in which our customers can grow.

We offer efficient and flexible premises, mainly for offices but also for retail and other operations. Fabege also operates various types of property projects, ranging from to customize a premise for customer-specific needs to area planning and development.

Attractive locations in growing markets

We have chosen to concentrate our properties in attractive areas with excellent means of transport.  The property portfolio comprises approximately 100 properties and the company’s business is strictly concentrated to Stockholm sub-markets hallmarked by high growth, Stockholm inner city, Solna and Hammarby Sjöstad

Developing and adding value to the company’s properties occurs at a pace matched to market conditions with the aim of attracting long-term tenants to properties that are not yet fully developed, thus enabling customer requirements to form the basis for their completion.
