At the addresses concerned, which face Lästmakargatan between Norrlandsgatan and Regeringsgatan, retail, office and residential premises are being built in order to restore life to a centrally located back road.
The Bocken property block is being developed in order to:
- Create a vibrant street environment comprising attractive office and residential premises. The character of Lästmakargatan is being changed so that it is perceived as a road for people rather than for loading goods.
- Ensure that traffic and logistics continue to function, both to Lästmakargatan and to Kungsgatan.
- Lift the standard of the Bocken block to at least the same level as the surrounding blocks.
- Manage and improve the city that has already been built (ÖP-99).

Phase 1 – completed
All office space in Buildings A and B is let to Carnegie Investment Bank AB and Max Matthiessen AB.
Phase 2 – in progress
In Buildings C, D and E production of new offices (3,500 sqm) and a new apartment building (3,000 sqm) is under way.
