Fabege AB (publ) has sold retail centres in Fruängen, Kallhäll and Åkermyntan. The purchaser is Citycon Oyj which will take possession of the properties on 1 November.
Fabege has also sold 30,000 sq. m. land in Sollentuna.
The total sales price amounts to SEK 346 million and the realised change in value amounts to SEK 35 million which will be reported during the third quarter.
