Wihlborgs has acquired the property Vanda 1 in Akalla, Stockholm, from Schibsted for SEK 100 million. Wihlborgs is taking possession of the property on 1 September 2005.
The building, with a total area of 26,000 sq.m., houses a printing plant. The building is fully let and the rental contract runs to 31.12.2014.
