Wihlborgs has sold ten properties for a total of SEK 223 million. The
profit of SEK 20 million will be included in the result for the fourth
quarter of 2004.
"There is a strong interest in property-related business and we expect
that the activity will remain at a high level during 2005 ," says Erik
Paulsson, President and CEO of Wihlborgs Fastigheter.
Buys two properties for SEK 56 million
Wihlborgs has acquired two properties, in Malmö and Helsingborg
respectively, for a total of SEK 56 million.
