Regus has signed an agreement to lease a total of 2,552 sqm, pertaining to the office hotel, in the property Smeden 1, Englundavägen 6-14 in Solna Business Park. The agreement has a ten-year duration. Regus will take over the current operations and the staff will be offered employment.
