Närheten, which means ‘proximity’, is a building with a unique location that is close to everything. Nature, urban life and shops. Nothing is too far away, and everything is just around the corner. Two interconnected elements: a robust brick and concrete facade embraces a transparent glass structure that harnesses natural light and brings in the surrounding natural environment. The staggered glass facade, with closer sections to the south, provides shelter from the sun while boasting open vistas to the north and east.
