Welcome to our new landmark, Kvarter Poolen! A fantastic office in a building featuring attractive architecture in a district that genuinely has it all.

The new Nordic consulting giant TietoEVRY is our first and largest tenant in the property. They have signed a lease for 22,000 sqm, with an option during the construction period to take an additional 6,000 sqm. TietoEVRY will move into its new offices in Q1 2022. Find out more >>

About the building

Kvarter Poolen was designed by Strategisk Arkitektur. Its innovative design makes the building a recognisable symbol and a landmark that can be seen from a long way off. The building is unique in that it houses a swimming pool for exercise and leisure, while also contributing to the ongoing development of a stand-out business district.

Kvarter Poolen has spacious floors and atriums. A stunning atrium boasting views across Arenastaden offers a space to bring together the entire company. The building also features several terraces, and the attractive entrances are something special.
