Fabege signs land allocation agreement in Flemingsberg

Fabege and Huddinge Municipality have signed an agreement on land allocation in Flemingsbergsdalen. The agreement provides for Fabege to be granted exclusive rights to negotiate with the municipality on land acquisition and development on the basis that Fabege will develop the land in accordance with the existing planning programme.

Fabege proposed new land allocation in Hammarby Sjöstad

The City of Stockholm has agreed to allocate the leasehold property Korphoppet 6 and adjacent Korphoppet 7 to Fabege. Both properties are part of the ongoing local development planning work for the Sjöstadshöjden area, which aims to connect Hammarby Sjöstad with Hammarbyhöjden.

Fabege granted land allocation permit in Hammarby Sjöstad by the City of Stockholm

Fabege and the City of Stockholm have agreed on the granting of a land allocation permit for Hammarby Fabriksväg (Korphoppet 5) which covers up to 33,000 sqm GFA of office space and other business premises. This forms part of the city’s project to connect Hammarbyhöjden and Hammarby Sjöstad. Today, Fabege is the leaseholder of the Korphoppet 5 property.

Fabege granted a land allocation permit at Sveaplan by the City of Stockholm

The Land Development Board (Exploateringsnämnden) decided at its meeting on 27 August 2020 to grant Fabege a land allocation permit at Sveaplan. A prerequisite for the creation of the development right, covering about 9,000 square metres, is that Sveaplan is redeveloped in accordance with the city’s plans for Östra Hagastaden.

Fabege acquires land for further long-term urban development in Solna

Fabege and Skanska Sweden are together acquiring approximately 150,000 square metres of land, which has become available as a result of the Mälarbanan railway line being expanded and partly put in a tunnel. This creates the conditions for extensive urban development, with space for 1,000 new homes and 2,000 new jobs next to Solna Business Park and into Huvudsta.

Fabege and Tham & Videgård to develop Sveaplan

The vision for Sveaplan is to create a new office building that allows the city’s northern entry point to develop further while taking the existing cultural environment into account. The City of Stockholm and Fabege have carried out parallel drafting assignments and have now awarded the architectural firm Tham & Videgård the task of combining traditional inner city neighbourhoods with new and forward-looking architecture on Fabege’s land allocation at Sveaplan.
