We love meetings between people. With the aim of simplifying everyday life for our customers, we have now developed three new, stylish meeting rooms in Arenastaden, under the concept name RUM.

Our meeting rooms can accommodate up to 30 people and can be used for everything from conferences, training and network meetings to board meetings, workshops and lectures. They can easily be rented via the Fabege app, for either a half or a full day.

How it works

Book meeting rooms

The meeting rooms are for our tenants and the rooms can easily be booked via the Fabege app! Follow the steps below.

1. Download the Fabege app via the Apple Store or Google Play, and follow the instructions to start the meeting room booking process.
2. Select the “Book a meeting room” option.
3. Choose “Select meeting room”, where the available meeting rooms that fit your time slot are presented, along with information on pricing and equipment provided. Choose the room that best suits your needs.
4. You can book meeting rooms for a full or half day and you can easily choose by clicking on the time options. If you want to book a full day, tap both the morning and afternoon buttons on the date concerned.
5. Once you have chosen time and meeting room, enter your billing details under the heading “Billing details”.
6. Then all you have to do is book!

Cancel booking for meeting room

If you have to cancel your meeting, it’s easy to do via the Fabege app, but no later than the day before the meeting.

1. Open the meeting room booking function on the Fabege app.
2. Click on your booking, which is highlighted in purple.
3. Then click on the “Change booking” button.

Incomplete cancellations will be charged.
