Atea moves into Fabege’s premises in Haga Norra
Fabege welcomes Atea to Haga Norra. The company is now moving into its new premises of approximately 3,200 sqm in Kvarter 1, located at Mathildatorget 9.
In 2025, Fabege signed a ten-year lease agreement with Atea – one of Sweden’s leading IT companies. The property is already home to tenants such as JM, Coor, Randstad and a SATS gym. Coor also operates the building’s service concept, including conference and restaurant facilities.
A modern and welcoming entrance
Open and inviting spaces that create room for spontaneous meetings, conversations and a sense of community
A pleasant and well-designed office landscape
– We are very pleased to welcome Atea to Haga Norra. Their focus on employees and sustainable development aligns well with the district we are developing here. Haga Norra offers a modern working environment with a wide range of services, excellent transport links and close proximity to both shopping and events. We are proud of their trust in us and look forward to following their continued journey with us, says Hanna af Sandeberg, Business Area Manager at Fabege.
The property Kvarter 1 has received several awards for its low energy consumption and carbon footprint. The building is environmentally certified according to BREEAM-SE at the highest level, Outstanding, and its façade – consisting of over 355,000 reused bricks – was named Sweden’s most beautiful façade in 2024.
In Haga Norra, the pulse of the city meets a strong neighbourhood feel. It is easy to become a regular here – from the renowned neighbourhood restaurant Ateljéns Pizza to lunch restaurants and cafés along Mathildatorget. Today, around 1,200 people live in Haga Norra and close to 2,000 people work here.
The area benefits from excellent accessibility. Solna Station is just a four-minute walk away, offering commuter trains, light rail and bus connections. In 2028, the new underground line in Arenastaden will also open, further strengthening connections to and from the area.
