The motivation for the award read:
"First place goes to a provider that has stood at the top of the podium before. They continue to impress with a thorough and consistent approach to sustainability, where it is treated not as a series of isolated initiatives, but as a holistic strategy. This spans everything from energy efficiency and material selection to behavioural change and long-term objectives. Defending a first-place title in this category is perhaps even more challenging than winning it the first time – but they have proven that their commitment to sustainability is, in itself, sustainable."

Niclas Österberg, Business Developer, and Malin Arestål, Head of Flexible Customer Offerings at Fabege, accepted the award during the ceremony. "Winning two years in a row is incredibly rewarding and serves as a fantastic validation of the work we do every day. For us, sustainability isn’t about individual projects; it’s about how we operate our entire business," says Niclas.
In the "Most Sustainable Coworking Space of the Year" category, The Works – a Fabege tenant – secured second place. They also claimed both silver and bronze in the "Challenger of the Year" category, where CoW Hammarby Sjöstad (Ljusslingan 4) was also among the nominees.
We are immensely proud of this accolade and view it as a valuable and significant testament to our ongoing efforts.
