Pernilla describes the relationship with their landlord, Fabege, as both close and positive. Having a landlord who is genuinely interested in their needs makes a significant difference to the overall experience.

"Our experience with Fabege has been excellent. They are communicative, invite us to engaging social events, and are always curious about who we are and what we need.
