Architecture that makes a statement
The new office building at Sveaplan is being developed in collaboration with the award-winning architectural practice Tham & Videgård, renowned for their contemporary and character-driven design. Here, the classical urban block structure of Stockholm meets modern form, where arches, soft corners and carefully selected façade materials create a building that both complements and elevates its surroundings.
The ambition is to create a new landmark in Stockholm, where aesthetic and sustainable values come together — an office building that is as functional as it is beautiful, designed with people and place at its heart.
