Our property, Kvarter 1 (Quarter 1) in Haga Norra, has won the award BREEAM building 2023! An award that celebrates properties that inspire and lead the way in sustainability.

The project has worked actively to reduce the carbon footprint, reduce the building's energy use, innovate around reuse and choose circular and climate-smart materials. The property has received the highest rating level Outstanding in the environmental classification BREEAM and is currently Sweden's largest office property with recycled brick.
