The Dallas Tower project, a collaboration between Fabege and the TB Group, has been named Europe's best project in the Residential Renovation/Redevelopment category of the internationally recognised International Property Awards. The project has now qualified in the competition to compete for the title of the world's best renovation project.

Dallas Tower is a former office building with 17 floors that was built next to the Råsunda football stadium in Solna in the 1980s. After the renovation project, the building now houses 134 tenant-owner apartments and several shared areas, such as a lounge, cinema, sauna and gym.
