In the spring of 2025, we embarked on an extensive refurbishment of the property, with completion scheduled for the second quarter of 2027. After more than 60 years, the tower’s façade has reached the end of its technical lifespan; it will be meticulously restored while we simultaneously enhance the building’s overall standard and amenities.
