EU Commissioner Jessika Roswall visits Fabege’s Reuse Hub: “These are solutions that make a real difference”

Yesterday, Fabege welcomed EU Commissioner Jessika Roswall to the Reuse Hub in Solna Business Park. The visit was organised by the Sustainability Council of the Swedish Property Federation, giving her insight into how the Swedish real estate sector is working concretely with circular economy, reuse, and the transformation of existing buildings. The visit included guided tours at both Fabege and Vasakronan.

DMC Production Moves to No1 Arenastaden

Fabege and DMC Production have signed an agreement for 1,130 sqm in the property Nationalarenan 8, located at Stjärntorget 1 in Arenastaden. The lease runs for seven years, and occupancy is planned for the summer of 2026.

Inauguration of Saab’s Office in Solna Strand

About our customers

Approximately two years after Fabege and Saab signed one of Sweden’s largest office leases, Saab has now moved into its new premises in Solna Strand. The agreement covers 66,000 square meters in the property Nöten 4, with an annual rental value of approximately SEK 155 million and a lease term of over ten years.

Fabege honors Wenner-Gren Center’s legacy with new mural

This summer, Fabege revealed two well-preserved advertising murals from 1962 at Wenner-Gren Center – classic logos from Kungsörnen and Kellogg’s that had been hidden behind the facade for over 60 years. Now, Fabege is continuing the tradition by adding a new mural, created in the same spirit as when the building was first constructed.
