Fabege and Swish have signed a lease agreement for just over 1,200 square metres at Drottninggatan 29. The lease runs for five years, with occupancy planned for spring 2026. The property is certified according to BREEAM-SE Bespoke, with a rating of Very Good.
The goal of the partnership is to improve energy efficiency across Fabege’s property portfolio and to develop smarter, more sustainable working methods that help reduce climate impact.
This summer, Fabege revealed two well-preserved advertising murals from 1962 at Wenner-Gren Center – classic logos from Kungsörnen and Kellogg’s that had been hidden behind the facade for over 60 years. Now, Fabege is continuing the tradition by adding a new mural, created in the same spirit as when the building was first constructed.
Fabege has signed a lease agreement with Ruff for approximately 900 square meters at Drottninggatan 89 in central Stockholm. The premises are expected to be ready for occupancy in December 2025, and the lease term is seven years. The property is certified according to BREEAM In-Use Very Good.
Fabege and Techarenan are deepening their partnership as Techarenan establishes its headquarters in Arenastaden – one of Sweden’s fastest-growing business districts.
The gym chain Nordic Wellness has now officially opened its new gym in Solna Business Park. The facility covers approx. 2,100 sqm and is located at Svetsarvägen 9.
Fabege has signed a lease agreement with Huddinge Municipality for new premises for Kultopia, Huddinge’s youth culture centre. The 15-year lease covers just over 1,400 sqm in Fabege’s property Regulatorn 3, with the inauguration planned for the end of 2026.
We are proud to welcome BSH Home Appliances AB to Solna Business Park. Today, 25 August, the company moves into its new, modern premises – an office and showroom marking the beginning of a long-term partnership with Fabege.

Fabege and Viasales have signed a lease agreement for just over 1,400 square meters at Textilgatan 43 in Hammarby Sjöstad, in our property Påsen 1, which is marketed under the concept name Textiltorget. The agreement runs for five years, with commence planned for march 2026.
