Fabege has signed a lease with MathWorks for just over 1,100 sqm of office space in the Kvarteret Poolen property in Arenastaden. Occupancy is scheduled to take place in October 2024 and the agreement has a duration of 7 years. The office block is certified to BREEAM rating Excellent.

The property is located at Gustav III’s Boulevard 134 and houses offices as well as a restaurant, gym and swimming pool. MathWorks will occupy the top floor, with views in all directions and two terraces exclusively for their use.

Around 30,000 people currently work in Arenastaden and many of Sweden’s most successful companies are based there. Earlier this week, Kvarteret Poolen was awarded the Solna Urban Environment Prize 2024 and won Building of the Year 2023.
