DMC Production Moves to No1 Arenastaden
Fabege and DMC Production have signed an agreement for 1,130 sqm in the property Nationalarenan 8, located at Stjärntorget 1 in Arenastaden. The lease runs for seven years, and occupancy is planned for the summer of 2026.

No. 1 is situated in the heart of Arenastaden, above Westfield Mall of Scandinavia and close to Strawberry Arena. The office enjoys a strategic location next to Solna Station, offering commuter trains, light rail, and a dozen bus lines—making it easy to reach from virtually anywhere. Arenastaden also provides a wide range of services and a dynamic mix of residential buildings, offices, shopping, and hotels, creating a vibrant atmosphere well beyond office hours.
– We are very pleased to welcome DMC Production to Arenastaden. This is a place where everything comes together—modern premises with close access to services and excellent transport connections, all in a lively district that continues to grow with more offices and homes. We are confident they will thrive here, says Sofia Ranji, Head of Leasing, Projects at Fabege.
DMC is a media production company specializing in delivering a wide range of broadcast and digital services to media rights holders, federations, and broadcasters worldwide. The company was founded in 2016.
– We are very pleased to have signed a new agreement with Fabege, giving us a modern MCR and production center with a studio right in the middle of Arenastaden. The move brings major benefits for both our staff and our clients. Here, we gain access to excellent transport options while being at the heart of a vibrant district with more than 160 shops and 50 restaurants—as well as the National Arena and several large hotels just around the corner. Our ambition is to take this center to the next level in terms of functionality and efficiency, fueled by our creativity and passion for broadcast, says Robert Elfstrand, COO of DMC Production.
When DMC Production moves in this summer, they will join neighbors such as the Swedish Football Association, Telia, SEB, ICA, Siemens, Svea Bank, Adidas, and TietoEvry, to name just a few of the companies already based in Arenastaden.
