Fabege signs lease agreement with Granitor for relocation to Arenastaden, Solna

Fabege and Granitor have signed a lease agreement for approximately 1,000 sqm at Stjärntorget 1 in Arenastaden, in our property marketed under the concept name No.1. The agreement runs for five years, with occupancy planned for the first quarter of 2026.
