In 2024, Fabege signed a ten-year lease agreement with BSH, the company behind well-known brands such as Bosch, Siemens, NEFF and Gaggenau. The premises total just over 4,300 sqm at the corner of Svetsarvägen, including 750 sqm of showroom space on the ground floor.

The new premises feature high ceilings, generous windows and open atriums, creating a bright, pleasant and inspiring working environment – for both employees and visitors alike.

The property is certified according to BREEAM-SE, level Very Good, which places high demands on sustainability.

“The vibrant environment, access to great restaurants and services, and the proximity to underground, tram, commuter and long-distance trains within just a few minutes’ walk were very important to us and our employees,” says Mahsa Bredin, Nordic Facility Manager at BSH Home Appliances AB.

At the same time as BSH moves into its new premises, Robert Bosch AB is also relocating to the same building.
