Swish moves to Fabege at Drottninggatan 29
Fabege and Swish have signed a lease agreement for just over 1,200 square metres at Drottninggatan 29. The lease runs for five years, with occupancy planned for spring 2026. The property is certified according to BREEAM-SE Bespoke, with a rating of Very Good.

The building, constructed in 1971, enjoys an excellent and central location on Drottninggatan, just around the corner from Kulturhuset. Tenants have access to amenities such as a café and conference rooms, as well as garage facilities, bicycle storage and changing rooms. The area offers every conceivable convenience, with a wide range of cafés and restaurants within walking distance. The property is also located right next to Stockholm Central Station, providing direct access to all metro lines, commuter trains, long-distance trains and the Arlanda Express.
