Together with the award-winning architectural firm Tham & Videgård Arkitekter, we are developing a new office building with a strong focus on architectural quality and sustainability. Our ambition is to create a new cornerstone in Stockholm – an office building that is as functional as it is visually striking.

The project is located close to Wenner-Gren Center, one of Stockholm’s most iconic landmarks.

Construction is planned to start in autumn 2026.
