The property at Torsgatan 2-4 comprises a total of 11,125 sq. m lettable space, of which 10,690 sq. m office space and 435 sq. m residential. Fabege sells the properties Skjutsgossen 12 at Södermalm and Fyrkanten 11 in the center of Stockholm for totally SEK 1,036 million. The divested properties give a realised change in value of SEK 50 million. Skjutsgossen 12 at Rosenlundsgatan 3-13/Torkel Knutssonsgatan 20-24 comprises 31,983 sq. m and Fyrkanten 11 at Sveavägen 32-36/Apelbergsgatan 42 comprises 6,685 sq. m lettable space.
