The internationally established education company Hyper Island has signed a green rental agreement for 2,000 sqm in the Trikåfabriken 9 property in Hammarby Sjöstad. The green agreement has a duration of seven years and has an average rent of SEK 3,200 per sqm. Hyper Island will move into its new premises on 1 July 2019.
The Swedish export success, Hyper Island, founded in Karlskrona 22 years ago, currently has offices in Manchester, London, New York, Sao Paulo, Singapore, Karlskrona and the Stockholm headquarters. In addition to the popular full-time education programs, they offer change management to companies and intensive courses in digital transformation.
- "We have very special needs for flexible premises, because we are both a school and a headquarters with many employees. We were looking for premises that suited us and fell for the Trikåfabriken,"says Johanna Lindquist, Director of Business Operations at Hyper Island.
Following the signing of rental agreements with the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency and Hyper Island, there are only about 5,000 sqm still available in Trikåfabriken.
- “It is fantastic that a creative, young and expansive company has chosen to be based in Hammarby Sjöstad. Hyper Island runs a business that involves the general public, which attracts people to it and thereby contributes to achieving a dynamic urban district,” says Andreas Malmsäter, Letting Manager at Fabege.
