Mats Qviberg proposed as new chairman for Wihlborgs Wihlborgs Fastigheter AB will hold an extraordinary general meeting on the 14th. June, 2001. At the meeting, re-election will be proposed for the following members of the board of directors: Göte Dahlin, Kerstin Fredriksson, Sven-Åke Johansson, Bengt Madsen, Erik Paulsson and Maths O. Sundqvist. Mats Qviberg and Jonas Wahlström will be proposed as new members of the board. The suggestion is supported by shareholders who together represent well over 30% of the total number of votes. Mats Qviberg will be proposed as chairman for the new board of directors.
