Klara Zenit fully let The property Klara Zenit, a total of approx. 65,000 sq.m. lettable area at Drottninggatan / Mäster Samuelsgatan in central Stockholm, is now fully let. The last office space in this part of the project, a total of approx. 4,200 sq.m., has been let to Telia and AGO Reklam. The contracts are for eight and five years respectively. In Järla Sjö, Nacka, Wihlborgs is continuing development of the commercial areas according to plan. Contracts for a total of approx. 11,000 sq.m. have hitherto been signed. The latest tenant is Mio, who has signed a ten-year contract with Wihlborgs. In October 2003 Mio will be moving into approx. 3,500 sq.m. in Gjuteriet [The Foundry], which is being converted, whilst retaining its character.
