Wihlborgs building new offices for Telia in Malmö Wihlborgs and Telia have signed a rental agreement which means that Wihlborgs is erecting a new office building for Telia in Västra Hamnen [West Harbour] in Malmö. The agreement with Telia, which runs for ten years, covers approx. 12,000 sq.m. of the building's total lettable area of approx. 13,500 sq.m.. The total investment is SEK 290 million, and the annual rental value is approx. SEK 24.5 million. The building will be erected on a plot of land immediately after the bascule bridge at the entrance to Västra Hamnen. Construction is commencing in September 2002 and it is estimated the building will be ready for occupation by April 2004. With the Telia building we are continuing to lead the development of commercial premises in Västra Hamnen.
