Wihlborgs sells 14 properties for SEK 665 million at a total profit of SEK 101 million Wihlborgs has sold 14 properties, 11 of them residential. The sales total is SEK 665 million and the total profit SEK 101 million. Wihlborgs has also acquired the remaining 50% of a previously part-owned property in Malmö. Sales in the Öresund region A total of ten residential properties have been sold in the Öresund region, six of them in Malmö and four in Trelleborg. Two of the residential properties in Malmö, Ingelstad 4 and Ljungbyhus 10, have been sold to newly formed housing cooperatives. Wihlborgs has also sold a small industrial property in Malmö, Vätet 11. Sales in the Stockholm region Wihlborgs has sold the industrial property Jordbromalm 6:13 in Haninge Municipality to the pharmaceutical company Recip AB, which is moving its head office there. Establishing Recip in Haninge will also facilitate great expansion of the company's production. Through the sale of Landstingsmannen 1, which has been acquired by a newly formed housing cooperative, Wihlborgs has sold all residential properties in Bagarmossen. Wihlborgs has also sold an office property in Sollentuna, Sjöboden 1. Acquisitions in Malmö Wihlborgs is acquiring the remaining 50% of the previously part-owned industrial property Boplatsen 3 in Malmö, with a total area of 27,488 m2, which will thus now be wholly owned by Wihlborgs. The purchase price is SEK 116 million. The acquisition is being made at a direct yield of over 9%.
