Wihlborgs sells 41 properties for SEK 503 million at a total profit of SEK 68 million Wihlborgs has sold 41 properties, 34 of them residential, for a total of SEK 503 million. The profit of SEK 68 million will be included in the profit for the fourth quarter of 2002. Seven of the properties have been sold to newly formed housing cooperatives or private investors in Malmö and Stockholm. The other 34 properties comprise Wihlborgs' entire property stock in Åstorp, which has been sold to a group of private investors. The properties in Åstorp comprise approximately 1,000 flats with a total area of approximately 84,000 m2, and commercial premises with a total area of approximately 17,000 m2. The properties sold have a total area of 121,000 m2.
