Wihlborgs sells 8 properties at a total profit of SEK 20 million Improves the outlook for the year 2002 Wihlborgs has sold 8 properties in Malmö - 6 of them residential - for SEK 116 million at a total profit of SEK 20 million. 4 of the properties have been sold to newly formed housing cooperatives, and the others have been acquired by private investors. It is assessed that as a result of the sales Wihlborgs' profit for the year 2002 after financial financial items will be in excess of SEK 970 million.
