Wihlborgs sells seven properties in Malmö for SEK 135 million at a profit of SEK 15 million Wihlborgs has sold seven properties in Malmö for SEK 135 million at a total profit of SEK 15 million. The profit will be included in the result for the second quarter of 2003. Six of the properties (the Svante quarter) were acquired by MKB Fastighets AB and one property was acquired by a newly formed housing cooperative.
