Anders Elsell and Anders Jarl will be on the board of the 'new' Wihlborgs along with Erik Paulsson (chairman), Bo Forsén, Kerstin Fredriksson, Sten K Johnson and Johan Qviberg. Mikael Nachemson has announced that because of his appointment as president of Bure Equity AB he no longer has time for further directorships and must therefore decline the directorship in the 'new' Wihlborgs. Anders Elsell is a financial analyst at Investment AB Öresund. Anders Jarl is currently head of Project and Development at Wihlborgs Öresund and has been appointed president and CEO of the 'new' Wihlborgs. The 'new' Wihlborgs comprises the company, including the properties in the Öresund region, which it is proposed be distributed amongst the shareholders. (See press release 13.12.2004).
