Fabege acquires office building in Kista

Fabege acquires office building in Kista Fabege has acquired the office building Torsnäs 1 in Kista for SEK 85 M. The building, originally erected in 1982 and reconstructed in 1995, consists of 11,500 square meters of rentable space on three floors with open layouts. Each floor measures between 3,000-3,600 sq. m. with a ceiling height of approximately 4 meters. In addition to offices, the property includes a restaurant, conference facilities, auditorium and exercise room. It also includes 120 indoor and 230 outdoor parking spaces. Fabege will close on the property on January 3, 2005, at which time it will be vacant. "Kista is one of Fabege's strongholds. Our market share is approximately 30 percent and we have recently been seeing an increase in interest in the area," said Lennart Sten, President of Fabege.
