Fabege leases out over 7,000 square meters in Kista Fabege has signed leases (with ENEA, among others) in Kista on a total of 7,000 square meters of office space, of which slightly over 3,000 sq. m. relates to the property Torsnäs 1, which Fabege acquired last spring. The property will be vacant at the time of closing at year-end. The rental value of the new leases is SEK 11 M per year. Thus far in 2004, Fabege has leased slightly over 37,000 sq. m. in Kista, corresponding to an estimated two thirds of all new leasing activity in this market sector. Fabege's market share in Kista is slightly over 30 percent.
