Fabege, which is 97.1 percent owned by Wihlborgs Fastigheter, has sold the 5,000 sq. m. office building Elefanten 17 in Stockholm. The buyer is the German fund Oppenheim Immobilien- Kapitalanlage GmbH. The purchase price is 265 MSEK. Closing is scheduled for July 1, 2005.
