Wihlborgs sells 13 properties for SEK 753 million at a profit of SEK 220 million Wihlborgs has sold 13 properties in Stockholm, Malmö, Lomma and Ystad. The total sale price is SEK 753 million and the profit is SEK 220 million. Eight of the properties are residential, and five of them constitute Wihlborgs' entire property stock in Skärholmen. All properties have been acquired by private investors. Buys property (offices/warehouses) for SEK 200 million Wihlborgs has acquired the property Regulatorn 2 in Huddinge for SEK 200 million. The property, with its total area of 48,300 m2, houses offices and warehouses, and is fully let. Present rental contracts run until 31.12.2008.
