Fabege has sold ten properties in Hägersten, Västberga, Sätra, Huddinge and Skarpnäck for SEK 380 million. The realised change in value amounts to SEK 20 million and will be reported during the second quarter 2006. The purchaser is Diös & Kuylenstierna AB which will take possession of the properties on 1 June 2006.
