Tornet, a subsidiary of Fabege, has sold twelve properties in Gothenburg for SEK 380 million. The properties are sold through a company, resulting in an after-tax gain of SEK 30 million in Fabege, which will be recognised in the second quarter of 2006. The purchaser is Fastighets AB Balder which will take possession of the properties on 2 June 2006.
