Fabege sells Kåkenhusen 38 in Stockholm city

Fabege has sold the Kåkenhusen 38 property in Stockholm city to Hufvudstaden. The property has a total lettable area of approximately 6,700 sqm in the form of office and restaurant space. The purchaser will gain access to the property on 14 December 2011. The property will be sold as a company and the underlying property value is SEK 477.5m. The transaction will generate an after-tax gain of SEK 30m.
