New customers move to expansive city district

Aktieinvest , the CDON Group and the Swedish Association of Share Investors will be moving to Sveavägen 151 in Hagastaden during the second quarter of 2014. These new leases correspond to an area of slightly more than 3,800 sqm.

The requirements for the new premises included high efficiency, modern standard and prime location, which were all found in Hagastaden.

“It is very gratifying to have let the premises on Sveavägen 151 long before they have been vacated by the previous tenants. This shows that the area is popular and that our offering is a perfect match for what companies and organisations are searching for today,” says Urban Sjölund, Director of Properties, Fabege AB.

Aktieinvest, CDON and the Swedish Association of Share Investors will move into the premises during April/May 2014.

On the border between Solna and Stockholm, construction is under way on one of Stockholm’s largest urban development projects – Hagastaden. The project is breathing new life into an old city district, revolving around a hub of research and business activity involving life science. The area has a long tradition and history of successful medical research and technological innovation. This was the birthplace of laser surgery, the implantable pacemaker and dialysis. The Nobel Prize has been awarded to ten discoveries originating from this cluster. www.hagastaden.se
