EVRY has decided to renew its contract with Fabege for the Sliparen 2 property and has signed a 12-year contract for approximately 12,000 sqm. EVRY’s operations will thus remain at the same address, but the company’s Swedish head office will be refurbished to meet new needs and requirements for a more flexible way of working.
Prior to the decision, EVRY carried out an extensive external search, looking at all of Stockholm as a potential place of establishment. Following well-balanced analyses and a survey of employees’ home addresses, Solna Business Park was selected. It was primarily the creative and flexible solutions that were presented for the new office and the excellent transport links that led to EVRY’s decision to remain in Solna Business Park.

The prime location and flexible solutions will enable us to attract customers and employees on our journey towards becoming the leading IT company in the Nordic region,” says Eldar Valde, VP Facility Management, EVRY.
Solna Business Park is an area that is changing and evolving. Last year, restauranteur Pontus Frithiof established his popular Pontus in the Park restaurant in the area. In conjunction with the opening, the Englunda Park was established and, in November, SBAB’s employees will be relocating from Östermalm to the area.
