      As informed on June 27[th] 2023 Fabege has signed a letter of intent regarding the letting of all floor space, approximately 66,000 sqm, in the property Nöten 4 located in Solna Strand.

    2. Miele moves to Solna Business Park

      Fabege and Miele have signed a lease for just over 1,600 sqm in the Smeden 1 office property in Solna Business Park. The lease is for 8 years and occupancy is scheduled for 15 April 2024.

    4. Randstad moves to Fabege and Haga Norra

      Fabege and Randstad have signed a lease agreement for just over 3,200 sqm in the Kvarter 1, Ackordet 1 office project in Haga Norra. The agreement is for seven years, and occupancy is scheduled to commence on 1 March 2025. The property is being certified to the BREEAM-SE Excellent standard.

    5. JM moves its head office to Fabege and Haga Norra

      Fabege and JM have signed a lease agreement for 6,526 sqm in the office project Kvarter 1, property Ackordet 1. The lease is for 6 years, with an annual rent of almost SEK 25m excluding supplements. JM is expected to move in during the third quarter of 2024.

    1. Fabege rents out 3,700 sqm in Solna Business Park

      Fabege has signed three lease agreements covering 3,761 sqm in the Sliparen 2 property in Solna Business Park. HSB will lease 2,601 sqm of office space, Coor will lease 947 sqm of conference space and Nordrest will lease 213 sqm of café space. All three agreements are for a period of 5 years and are expected to start in the third quarter of 2023.

    2. Fabege and CGI sign office lease agreements in Solna Business Park and Kungsholmen

      Fabege and CGI, a global provider of IT and business process services, have signed lease agreements for two new offices. One is in Solna Business Park and has about 4,200 sqm of floorspace, and the other is in the Glädjen area of Västra Kungsholmen and has about 1,300 sqm of floorspace. The lease agreements are for seven years and handover is scheduled to take place in March 2023 in Kungsholmen and in October 2023 in Solna Business Park.

    1. Convendum and Fabege sign agreement on new coworking space on Drottninggatan

      At Drottninggatan 29, in the middle of the government quarter, Convendum is opening a new coworking arena of approximately 4,000 sqm. The central location and proximity to the major workplaces in the Swedish Government Offices have been crucial factors. The agreement is for ten years and Convendum will take possession in June 2023.

    2. Alfa Laval signs lease with Fabege on move to Flemingsberg

      Alfa Laval is to be Fabege’s first major new office tenant in Stockholm South Business District in Flemingsberg. The company will be leasing just over 17,000 sqm, with an option to lease additional office space in the heart of this urban centre for which the local development plan will be initiated shortly. The lease is for 22 years and Alfa Laval is expected to take up occupancy during the second quarter 2025.

    3. Elgiganten chooses Glädjen at Hornsbergs strand

      Fabege has signed an agreement with Elgiganten regarding moving to Franzéngatan 6 in the Glädjen district. The design and adaptation of modern office space, training facilities and a pleasant courtyard is now underway in consultation with Elgigantent. The agreement covers nearly 2,300 sqm and will run for seven years. The building will be ready for occupancy in September 2022.
