Fabege and Randstad have signed a lease agreement for just over 3,200 sqm in the Kvarter 1, Ackordet 1 office project in Haga Norra. The agreement is for seven years, and occupancy is scheduled to commence on 1 March 2025. The property is being certified to the BREEAM-SE Excellent standard.
In Arenastaden’s new Haga Norra district, we are creating 70,000 sqm of commercial floorspace and 1,000 new homes. Kvarter 1 comprises 27,000 sqm and, following signing of the agreement with Randstad, the occupancy rate in the project is now 41 percent.

The development of Haga Norra began in 2021. Bilia was the first tenant to sign an agreement, for its office and showroom. During last year, agreements were signed with JM for 6,500 sqm and SATS for a 1,350 sqm gym.

Solna Station, with its light rail, commuter train and bus connections, can be reached on foot within four minutes, and in 2028 the new yellow line of the metro will open in Arenastaden.
