Fabege will issue as a dividend to its shareholders the portion of the company’s profit that is not required to consolidate or develop operations.
Under current market conditions, this means that the dividend is expected to sustainably account for at least 50 per cent of profit from continuous property management and realised gains from the sale of properties after tax.
