In the heart of Arenastaden, next to Westfield Mall of Scandinavia and Solna Station, RUM offers three meeting rooms for board meetings, client presentations, workshops and other types of meetings.

The rooms accommodate 8, 14 and up to 30 people respectively and can be booked for a half or full day. RUM is available to both Fabege tenants and external companies. Here, you have access to cost-effective, well-equipped meeting rooms with technology for both in-person and virtual meetings.

Booking

Meeting rooms can be booked for a half or full day via Flowpass, either through their website or app. To make a booking, you first need to create a user account.

How to book with Flowpass:

1. Download the Flowpass app from App Store or Google Play or visit the Flowpass website.
2. Create an account.
3. Search for “RUM” using the search function or map.
4. Select the meeting room you would like to book.
5. Click “Request”, select the date and either a half or full day, then confirm by clicking “Request now”.
6. We will confirm your request and provide further information about your booking.

Cancellation

To cancel a booking, go to your active booking in Flowpass and select “Cancel booking”. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking. Bookings that are not cancelled will be charged.

Address: Gårdsvägen 6, Solna

Solna Station, with commuter trains and buses, is just a few minutes’ walk away. If you are arriving by bike, bicycle parking is available outside the building.

If you are arriving by car, a limited number of paid parking spaces are available along Gårdsvägen. Additional parking is available at Gårdsgaraget further down the street and at the nearby Westfield Mall of Scandinavia.
