The Remuneration Committee are made up of the following three Board members. 

• Lennart Mauritzson, chairman
• Mikael Lundström, member
• Mattias Johansson, member

The Remuneration Committee prepares material concerning remuneration issues ahead of decisions made by the Board.  The minutes from the Remuneration Committee’s meetings are distributed to all Board Members, and the Committee’s chairman submits regular reports to the Board.
