Coor Brings the Workplace of the Future to Haga Norra

When Coor relocated to Haga Norra and Fabege in March 2025, it marked more than just a change of address. The new Nordic headquarters is a strategic investment where Coor inspires, develops service solutions, and tests new smart technologies. In addition to the more than 3,000 sqm office, Coor also operates parts of the building’s ground floor, offering services such as a restaurant, café, conference facilities, and reception.

Haga Norra is a vibrant urban district within Arenastaden, featuring offices, homes, restaurants, and a wide range of services.

The move to Haga Norra, in the heart of Arenastaden, is a key step towards Coor’s vision of sustainability, innovation, and future readiness. The new headquarters functions both as an inspiring workplace and a hub for developing the next generation of service solutions and smart technologies.

“Here, we’re able to showcase all the modern office solutions we can offer our clients, which is a great advantage,” says Ola Klingenborg, President and CEO of Coor.

Another important reason behind the relocation was the geographical proximity to both customers and employees.

“An attractive area like Solna improves accessibility for all parties and enhances both our operational efficiency and our ability to attract and retain talent. The headquarters is a central gathering point for all of us at Coor,” Klingenborg continues.

Reuse and Sustainability

Sustainability has been a consistent focus throughout the relocation process. Many pieces of furniture from Coor’s previous offices have been reused and carefully refurbished.

The building itself is a benchmark for sustainable construction, having received several awards for its low energy consumption and minimal carbon footprint. The facade, beautifully designed using over 355,000 reclaimed bricks, makes the property Sweden’s largest office building with reused brickwork.

A Lively Ground Floor and Premium Service Throughout the Building

From the outset, Fabege had a clear vision of offering full-service amenities in the building – an area where Coor’s expertise made them a natural choice to not only establish their headquarters here, but also to take charge of the building’s service operations.

Since last autumn, Coor has ensured the ground floor remains active and that the services throughout the building are delivered to a premium standard. The reception warmly welcomes all visitors. At the lunch restaurant, Bistro Mathilda, the focus is on culinary enjoyment and sustainability. Vigor & Joy’s Café offers treats for every part of the day. Haga Norra Conference ensures meetings and events are both efficient and sustainable. In addition, Coor’s service team manages cleaning and maintenance across the entire building.

Vigor & Joy’s Café is operated by Coor and forms part of the comprehensive service offering in the building.

“This is a project that has been in the making for years, and I see it as a fresh start for Coor – something that brings positive energy to all employees as we take the next step in the company’s development,” concludes Ola Klingenborg.

“We are proud to have Coor as part of Haga Norra. In addition to their modern office space, their service offering contributes to a welcoming and well-cared-for environment for everyone working in or visiting Block 1,” says Patrik Carlsson, Property Manager at Fabege.
